The staffs are polite and well-behaved. The rooms were clean and food was very good especially one must try the Chicken pakoda and their coffee was excellent. Overall service was satisfactory.

The room video which was sent to me was not alloted to me. When I informed about the same during checking in, they told that no other rooms were available. The room which was alloted to me was very small and stuffy, hardly having any room to keep our belongings. Still, we adjusted. Room service was not upto the mark. There is no room cleaning service on a day to day basis. However, the food quality, quantity and taste was good. Price was also reasonable. They should really improve on their commitment, room quality and service. Had an overall disappointing experience.

Location of the hotel is very good. It is near Respected Bibhuti Bhusan's house. Service was very good. Food served was also good. Hotel has lift facility.

We visited & Stayed for three days in a Deluxe room which is absolutely ok in all respect. Service, food quality, behaviour of staff & management very cooperative. if I visit Ghatshila in future I will try to avail this hotel provided availability of room. They have guided by providing a good & reliable auto for sightseeing. D P MITRA.

The hotel is very near to the railway station. Overall ambiance and rooms are very satisfying. The quality of the food is very great. However the room service is quite slow. The major problem of the hotel is, all rooms are not accessible through lift. So persons have knee- problems will suffer a lot.

This hotel is located in Ghatshila, Jharkhand, on the road to Bibhutibhushan Banerjee's house in the next lane after Ramakrishna Mission. The distance from the main road is not much. There is a huge open field in front, where the market is also held in the morning. Several food shops are located on the main road a short distance from the hotel in the morning and evening. The hotel is, in a word, okay. There are many rooms. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. The size of the room is a little small. Three people can stay in a double bed. There is a geyser. The toilet is clean. There is room service. They have their own restaurant. But the price of food is very high, although the quality of the food is good. The AC in our room was not working, after complaining they changed it. However, I did not see the room or toilet being cleaned daily.

Excellent Hotel with all modern facilities . Very Helpful and caring staff.I stayed in Room no 304 which is spacious, bathroom and room was clean. food was also good. They have restaurant.Everything was exceptionally good.They arranged vehicle for our local side seen and guide.I will highly recommend HOTEL Anandita for a memorable budget trip
