Hotel Shashwat , Sri Shyam Plaza ,Dumka

Staff misbehaved with me for not paying in cash, as a traveller i don't carry much cash, they accepted room tariff in upi, but staff rudely asks me at 10:30 in night to give him cash for water bottle charges and money for his chai pani, i repeatedly offered to give him money on his upi or hotel upi, but he said we only take cash for water bottles and asked me to visit nearby atm to give him money in cash, finally after looking for atm with my luggage i couldn't find any i paid on hotel upi ,later he told me to not come in this hotel as i like to pay online. Sooner or later he will get thrashed by someone for his behavior. These kind of people are the reason why dumka is poor and businesses don't sustain.

It was nice hotel. There were very Delicious food items.i went with my family and enjoyed. Every thing was nice there. I loved it

Good place to stay .but low maintenance .food quality was not good as they serve only dinner and less choice of food available.
