Room Rent and service is good.. But food's are average.. location of hotel is good..

Hotel like Royal majestic in city like Dumka is exceptionally excellent in terms of service, accommodation, and location.

Room Booked from 7am but not available. Travelled over night and they didi not provide room and asked me to seat in reception for other guest to check out. 1 hour past still seating on front desk. Very bad service should have booked other hotel if informed early about room not available for early morning check in.

Dear hotel owner I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The service was below par, particularly with the reception staff who displayed unprofessional behavior. Additionally, the quality of the food was poor and did not meet the standards I expected. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I have ordered briyani and they charged rs 280 per plate. It was pathetic and horrible decision. You can get better biryani from the dumka bus stand streets shops. Not at all recommended.

Booked hotel room in advance And they provided me with a room where the AC is not working. Totally Waste of Money and Worst Service. Food was also the worst quality a total waste of Money.

Accomodation is good but they have not been trained as professional. You have to go out for morning tea because this hotel does not have staffs to provide that. Even the working of lift has its timing and not as per customers need. Room locking system is also faulty.

Good place to live in the middle of Dumka city. Food quality is good. Staff behaviour is decent. The view from the room is great and it's near the Central Jail of Dumka. And walking distance from bus stand.
