Aura Resort

Absolutely loved this place! I visited a few days ago and everything about the experience was top-notch. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented--every dish was bursting with flavor. The ambience was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. What really stood out was the staff service--superb, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Had such a great time here. Highly recommended! And yes, Special thanks to Mr. Dhananjay kumar & Mr. Vishal for the outstanding service throughout the evening.

Food quality was great. No complaint on that part. BUT the worst service ever we faced. 1. We ordered around 10PM and received water bottle in just 10 mins and from there Wait began. We got our first starter at around 11:15PM. 2. We asked about main course around the same time and got our first item around 11:40PM with an excuse that Kitchen is being closed and chefs are in hurry. 3. Worst ever Sizzling Brownies as Chef burnt the delicious item in a hurry. 4. We asked to pack our leftover food and they half packed and they didn't gave us time to check what they are packing. 5. Last but not the least, no mouth freshener at the end. They told us that stock is empty now and we had to manage even there. So our first visit to that Great AURA became our last. Location was quite beautiful but service was awful.

They are not capable in maintaining the crowd, so don't plan on weekends.We had our dinner but didn't get the glasses for water, My son got fever but they ouldn't provide a paracetamol to me. There are no fans, when power cuts off and AC stops, it's very difficult to sit inside. They have only one guard as I saw, only one guard was welcoming, parking the cars and managing other things as well there should be at least two.

Food was amazing services needs to improve and staff behaviour is much more concern. They are not in mood to listen customers requirement,have their own idea about menu.

please don't go any more.... ambiance doesn't make the taste good... the taste of all the food was very bad and we had asked him to pack something for the parcel, that too was missing, I am feeling bad even after telling this... but sorry I had to tell this.

The service at Aura resort is too good the staff is friendly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The ambiance of the resort is fantastic and Good vibes.

Excellent spot for family outing plus dinning nice and clean with huge space for kids to play . Well experienced and trained staff. We loved our dinning experience thoroughly. Any specific customisation for any food order they are ready to take so enjoy

The service at Aura was extremely slow. Even the staff wasn't paying attention if there are new guests or if they have their menu. We had to wait 10 minutes to get the menu and when we were ready to order we waited another 20 minutes to place the order. The food was nothing special. They mentioned some items in the menu which are never available. The resort will be optimal for huge parties rather than having a sit down meal.
