Very poor service by their staff. Not at all cordial and helpful. Even for basic necessities like water they make u wait for a long time. Rooms are not properly made. There is no cupboard or safety locker or any hanger/rod provided for hanging clothes. There are no common washrooms available outside which causes great inconvenience to guests who are not staying at the venue
