Palm Inn

This place has shook my trust in Hotels! I've recently wasted close to 90,000 Rupees on this hotel with hopes shown sky high and service no where to be found. Kept persuading me for advance payments, which out of necessity I did pay, however they wasted my D Day. No AC was functional when I had my guests arrived in the rooms. Forgot to keep towels, kits, shampoo, etc. With a booking for 2 days, booked 2 months in advance one receptionist lady called me to ask my guests vacate at 12 noon! When asked why? She started to teach me professionalism! The day after I got over 10 calls in 3 hours to pay a very small amount that remained after the worst nightmare I went through with 27 booked rooms. And when I reached there to discuss the issue with their MD, he was no where to be found. Instead of discussing the grievance, one employee had the audacity to keep pushing receptionist for the final bill. I bursted out, also asked for the girl from the other day, I saw her sneak out from the reception table, and they lied to me that she's on a medical leave. That was not it, after I left, I got a call from their GM saying sir, please send your QR Code, we have charged you 1000 extra! Height of shamelessness. If you have to choose between Thar desert and Palm Inn, go for Thar Desert. I am a local resident, who has suffered not only monetary but reputation loss because of palm inn. Beware of such fraudsters. Regards.

Food is worst ,the worst food in Dhanbad. The managers are the uneducated fish. Dont know any thing about hospitality. The shitiest place in Dhanbad. I am a localite tried almost every hotel in Dhanbad and this is the worst

A good hotel with convenient location.In hotel pamin there facilities and ambience was really good.It was worth staying. Room was Big ... Banquet is good and there swimming pool is also Big nd , there staff was also friendly nature... Quality of food was good with reasonable price. One of the best Hotel for staying Overall excellent service
