Hotel Kunal Regency

The hotel is decent and offers basic amenities.The staff is helpful and rooms are ok for very short stays if you don't want to pay too much hotel charges. Location is too good.Near to station, ATM, Banks, Police station, Temples, Petrol pump, malls, grocery stores etc

It's the worst place to stay in Dhanbad. This so called hotel must be immediately closed by the concerned authority and a formal complaint must be registered against it's owner. I have attached some relevant pictures to show you how it's best rooms look like with such a expensive price.. If you want to get some disease by paying a huge amount then pls go for booking...

Good hotel. Good location. Not too much walking from Court Chowk. You can easily locate the hotel. Offline booking is costlier while goibibo booking was a little manageable and costed me INR 1200 for AC room while it costs 1400+GST when booking offline. Staff behavior was very nice and helpful. 2nd time exp was very bad. Checkin was delayed. AC was not working. They asked someone to repair after 2 hrs. Even after repairing, AC worked for 7 mins and then went off. Bedsheet wasnt clean. Upon asking to change, the staff said - these are oil marks and they don't go away. I was surprised that should I understand their concern after paying for hotel room booking??!!!!

Everyone shud avoid this hotel . They refuse to provide hot water for drinking and not allow to warm milk for small baby or in illness. Very worse behavior. If anyone purchase own milk they refuse to even warm it for drinking. Manager is very rude and misbehaving

It's situated in a road joining the main and the streets.... Silent and peaceful atmosphere outside this hotel...... I haven't been inside this hotel... But by its look it seems good

Not a luxurious one. You have to ask every time when ever you want hot water for bath. You may not get water in your room, if someone else opened the tap in their room and went away. The management simply shuts off the over head tank. They suggested me to use from my neighboring room. Food...., yummy, you will have too big menu but only three or four items will be available and that too not wrathful. Over all its a worse experience for me in this hotel. I suggest NOT to go there.

The rooms were clumsy. They don't serve the food properly. While serving lunch they don't even provide plates. Servicing is very poor. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not neat and clean.

Rooms don't have a geyser in this era, this hotel still is in 90's
