I liked Hotel Cocoon very much. Staffs are professional yet cordial. Room was spacious cozy perfect cooling and adequate lights. Wash room was neat and clean . I liked fresh flowers and good gesture specially complimentary juice. Parking facility and Driver dormitory also available. Restaurant was good. Very good quality and tasty food served in dinner. Complimentary breakfast had sufficient varities and food quality was too good. |It's a complete customer delight and would recommend friends and colleagues to experience.|Location is also at prime city centre near vicinity of Dhanbad Railway station. |Reasonable charges w.r.t services offered. |Would like to mention Ms .Sonal being very supportive &responsive. Greets guests well and extended cooperation.|Also to mention Mr.Rakesh at Front desk being helpful too.|Guests must stay hotel at the Coal capital city Dhanbad. Wish to visit & stay again during my next off trip.

Spacious, well designed and maintained room where I stayed. Behaviour of staff and room service was excellent. Food is healthy, hygienic and tasty. Would definitely recommend it, I would definitely halt here again if I come back here. Co-operation and behaviour is what makes everything better and you will get it here. Again the room was very good.

I have came this hotel ist time . Dhanbad have many hotels but choosing cocoon is very appreciative choice for me after we have stayed we felt it completely. The reception person Mr. Rakesh he quite professional etiquettes to handle the guest . Even all staff of cocoon. We have the delicious food variety in restaurant. My wife love the ambience .
