Panchwati hotel

The staff were very cordial and supportive. Recently only they have upgraded from a restaurant to a hotel, but their service is good. Their manager is also a humble man. We used their banquet hall for our functions. It looked beautiful after decoration. The best part of the banquet is that it faces the road and there are transparent glasses. Hence, the whole hall is so well lit up. We hardly need any lights during the day time. The location is bang on the road, parking is easy and free. Their chai is world class. It is suitable for family functions. I had the opportunity to interact with the owner too. He treated me with utmost regard. I am glad I chose this hotel for my functions. The charges are also very reasonable. The banquet can easily accommodate 100 sitting chairs including a decent stage.

Stayed at the hotel for a day. A few areas they need to improve: 1.The washroom was not clean. 2.The bedsheets appeared used, with hair scattered across them. 3.One of the windows was left open/there's nothing to cover/shut it down, allowing many mosquitoes to enter at night. 4.The base of the washroom entrance was not properly sealed, causing water to leak out. 5.For an ice cream priced at 50, the hotel staff asked me to pay 80. When I questioned it, he responded saying, "This is how it works in Dhanbad".

Great staff, Special mention to Akbar (Birbal) and Salman for beautiful service. Good Room, Great location, lovely food (Try Dehati Chicken) The only problem that we faced was Intercom not working so for everything had to walk down the stairs.

The infrastructure and the services provided by the hotel and it's staff was great. The food was of great quality and taste. We are extremely thankful to Mr. Arup Goswami who managed the whole event efficiently with professional skills. The hotel has good parking facilities with well equipped banquet hall. Thank you Hotel Panchwati for making my farewell party a grand success.

Overpriced and worst services. Would not recommend.
