A nice place, the ambience is good as well as a photogenic place it is definitely. The rooms are spacious and clean, a good place for vacation. The pool is big as well.

The resort is spacious & situated on the highway. It's good if you come to stay only and not to enjoy the service because if you need room service then pls keep in mind to call them prior as they will take hours to give you room service, Overall a good resort is ruining by the poor management.

We booked two rooms at the property, and they were well-maintained and clean. However, the washroom fittings were a bit loose and could be improved. The pool, unfortunately, was very dirty and not at all clean. There were also limited activities for kids--no proper carrom striker, a broken TT racket, and other game-related issues. Additionally, since a wedding was happening at the resort, the attention to other guests seemed lacking. The resort could benefit from more staff to reduce service delays and improve guest experience. Food was amazing, a bit expensive but quality and quantity was sufficient.

Rooms, I will say 2.5 Service was average. This place is not worth the hipe or cost/charges. Outside lawn is big enough. Lawn inside is very small. Pool is pethetic and dirty. At the time when someone visit to check this property, it will showcased as "if you book the property you will owner of this property". But the real face appears on the day of event. Hundreds of restrictions on not to use this and that. The management should be transperant. Be clear to guest that what is covered within the booking and what not at the time of booking or taking advance. People don't mind paying but there should be transparency. Worst experience was with the manager. The person is an educated gawar. Not sure how come he has been appointed as manager. He doesn't even have maners to behave or speak. In middle of function when there were guests still there he started shouting and jumping. Kitchen space provided was dirty like a dustbin.

We lost our gold chain. The life guard of the Pool, searched and resqued our chain. Best service in town.

Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend Parklane Resort for those seeking a peaceful getaway with great food and service at a reasonable price

It is a very cool and convenient resort which provides a lot of space to stay with and to arrange different kinds of functions and meetups It also has a swimming pool and a community hall for official meetings,Overall a Great Experience.
