The team is very courteous and responsive. A good number of tuk tuks / autos are available for the baidyanath temple. Travels as per requirement are facilitated by the staff. Overall a pleasant experience.

The hotel is at very good location and just 10 minutes away from baba baidyanath temple. Restaurant is having food facility too and the taste is good. City Market is also near to the hotel. Staff is also helpful.

Hotel is excellent located. Restaurant is OK but little bit costlier. We have faced some inconvenience due to the renovation of the hotel. No lift is available n the rooms are upstairs having high steps. Most disturbances are the attached function hall with common entrance for all. In general,The Manager/in charge with the staff members are very cordial. Excellent hospitality. Like it.
