HOTEL MANOKAMNA

I got rooms on the very day I called and my journey was scheduled on that day only. The room was decent, the washroom was nice, clean and okay. The geyser worked very well. The triple bedded room has AC, TV, furnished mirror, shelf to keep trolley, and a small table. The location of the hotel is very good. It is really close to the baba Dham mandir. Even one can get toto from the gate of the hotel to go anywhere. The behaviour of the staff was also really appreciable. I will surely recommend this hotel. One more thing , they didn't charge extra money on the price of water bottles they provided, they took the printed price only.

The rooms are extreemly small in size. Not atall suitable for a family to stay. Glass window towards the lobby area which makes it more unfit for family. It can be used for single stay and if you don't have another better option. Price is also high in comparison to the room size, cleanliness, service. Resturant opens after 11AM. So no breakfast. Bathroom wash basin drain pipe is open and exhaust point near door which makes it very uneasy. I am also adding real pictures taken at the place. The positive part is it is very close to the temple and at a walkable distance from the east entrance of the temple. Staffs are quite polite & supportive. Food is also good(Lunch & Dinner).

Sorry, I take my previous review back.. probably my mistake in measuring.. Adjusted the ratings now.. but still rooms are small compared to the tariffs, you should improve more on the services like providing towels in the bathroom, wash basin is very small. Cleanliness is good but should be done daily when the guests are staying

The behaviour of staff was very good and cooperative and hotel ambiance was also pleasing and room was also very clean service was on time i will visit it again whenever i came to deoghar one of the staff styam was very cooperative thank you .

Hotel Quality is Ok but need some improvement like house Window glass. No Commode in Bathrooms this is the problem. Otherwise all staff is really supporting, fantastic. Food quality is very good.

this hotel doesn't deserve a single star. Whole staff is fraud. i suggest there are many good hotels near by new yatrik and shiva hotel. staff is very kind and decent and keep their words. this hotel is run by fraud they try to fool peoples they don't even know how to treat guests. at the time of booking they say something but at checkout they will some other story and tell aapko misunderstanding hui hai. hello owner whoever you are be in your limits. You don't know who i am go and check my id again, don't make fullish comments that spoil your hotel license.
