Hotel Baidyanath , Deoghar

There is a scope of improvement in their rooms which is underway. Service is excellent. Everyone from the receptionist to the room delivery guy to the waiters at the restaurant make you feel important. Kudos to the management for having such genuine people. Will definitely change to 5* post their renovation.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite claiming to be star-rated, nothing met the standard. The AC didn't warm the room in winter, and the heater they provided didn't work. Faucets didn't function properly, the room's wall clock was not working and showing same time since 24 hours, and the staff was uncooperative. They also charged high rates, including for an overpriced taxi from the railway station. Not recommended.

I was staying in room 204. The room ain't spacious and 2 pillars inside the room make it worse. There are no windows in the room due to which even during daytime if there is power cut the room is completely dark. However this is only for a minute might be. I felt there is issue with the washroom levelling/sloping due to which it remains wet and does not dry out easily. Location wise fantastic. Temple is only at about 10 mins walking distance. Bus stand is nearby and airport is about 10 kms.

The worst hostel I have ever visited in my life. 1st they have cheated by showing the fake room picks on WhatsApp and then have provided 3rd class room calling it a premium room. The front desk manager is completely lier and unprofessional.The general manager doesn't have the manner how to behave with the government officials. Worst experience ever. If anyone wants to spoil his or her entire trip must visit this hotel.Thank you

The stay was quite good. All the hotel staff was humble. If you are visiting Deoghar, you can stay in this hotel. Front office staff MR LALAN PANDEY WAS VERY HUMBLE AND COOPERATIVE.

Very good service by both staff and manager. The breakfast also delicious. Acceptable foe foriegner. Would suggest to others!
