HOTEL APARNA GRAND

I had an excellent experience at Aparna Hotel, Deoghar while returning from the Mahakumb Mela. I had forgotten my wallet at the hotel, and their honest and helpful staff went out of their way to return it to me. They sent the wallet via speed post to Bangalore and even transferred the money separately through UPI since cash cannot be posted. Their integrity and hospitality were truly commendable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay comfortable, especially Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar Rao. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever!!! They doesn't provide electricity ... Don't ever come here

Superb -rooms/services/.management veru nice hotel in deoghar city

Property is under construction and I am surprised that why it is taking booking online when the property is not fully functional. No body apart from us was staying in any other room. Property looks like bhoot bangla. Layer of dust in the room as it seems no body is staying in hotel. There is no basic things including intercom, phone at reception, geyser, electric cattle and proper cleaning, kitchen. For small baby a cup of milk was also not arranged. There is no outside restaurant nearby. We have to catch auto for satsang chowk to have food. After lot of effort the hotel staff cleaned the room. Big mosquitoes in the room. I purchased misqueto bat from nearby shop. There is no sign board on the hotel. For two days of stay all other rooms remained vacant. It is unsafe for family.

Whenever we enter in the hotel no one asking our ID's.very pathetic situation. Oh sorry there are not any single guest except us. We are very fool that why and how we book this hotel. The big thing no cancellation and we are not able to connect go ibibo support by which we had book the hotel.. Aisa lag rha hai is hotel se sahi salamat nikal v payenge ya nhi.

Its a great hotel around that area.they give you the best room service according to prices you pay.that's a value for money hotel where if you go anytime i'm sure you will be come with full satisfaction.i recommended you if you want to live on a hotel with a budget price on that area.foods are also delicious and good enough to force the finger to lick. behaviour of workers are good but some of them have bad behaviour.like if you appreciate with me .

Excellent place for family stay. Outside the hustle bustle of the city. Awesome staff. Great customer Service. I have been to a few good hotels but never seen more courteous staff. Will surely return soon.
