HOTEL ANJANA, DEOGHAR

Booked 7 rooms in this hotel, there is no option to give negative rating for service and hospitality. A simple order of tea takes more than one hour at last we had buy from outside. Food was horrible. Kitchen is severely under staffed. Guest are fighting over food inside the kitchen. More than 2 hours for food to come and worst quality. Very horrible experience staying here. I would urge everyone to avoid this scam of a place.

Poor quality service. Very poor staff. One if the worst hotel to stay in Deogar. Please save your money, do not even waste a single penny in this hotel. There is no such thing called room service, poor hygiene. There is no water that comes in the jet/ washroom. We came here for a family function, and paid Almost 30K. We did not even get service of 2K. The staff here, have very poorly managed. They do not even share the owners number. We asked them multiple times, please they did not give owner number. The owner, if reading this comment, please train your staff properly. Very very very poor experience.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. Very peaceful stay. Quality food and soothing staff. A nice experience.

The room are immaculate and very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the delicious food each day and loved the convenient location close to major attraction. The staff of the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. MDs behaviour is polite and helpful. Clean property with good parking facilities.

Our 5 days stay stay was peaceful. The locality in general is quiet. The hotel is well lit and the ambience inside is clean and shiny. The staff including the GM is very courteous and dignified. Apart from the room which has just the required amenities , we found the Dinning Room cum Restaurant exudes a sombre charm and warmth mirrored by its decor and some paintings. The MD of the proprty takes time out of his busy schedule to meet and greet the guest to enquire if any difficluties face. All in all an amiable Gentleman.

The location of hotel is on main road and near to temple. The staff is very helping and co-operate. Just a caution, please specify the spice level while ordering any food. Rooms are clean
