CHINTA HARAN REST HOUSE

A perfect stay, nearly 4-5 mins walk from the Shree Baidyanath temple. The owner is such a jolly person, always ready to help. Rooms were clean. Had a great experience staying there.

Good location very near to temple, also staff is helpful and friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Rooms are clean, good for family and large groups. We were group of ten so we booked one family room for four people and one large room for six people. Both the rooms were good.

In bengali we have a proverb "jar ses bhalo tar sob bhalo" which means All is well with those who have a good ending. But alas! We didn't have it. We book two rooms for 14 and 15 march. We got there around 7 am in the morning on 14th or can be later than that. We were obliged by their behaviour and we were keeping to appreciate their behaviour. By the way we paid for 2 days i.e 14 and 15 rs 1000 per room(4000 for 2 days for 2 rooms). Our return train was at 12'o clock at night on 15th which I informed them at the time of booking . But we paid the full day rent for 15th. When we booked the rooms they never inform me nor I told them that we will leave7 the room by 10'o clock or they will allot the rooms on same day. Nothing was like that. They arranged a paid car for us who drop us at station at night. That night(on 15th March) they behaved just opposite of our thinking and leaved a pathetic experience. We felt like they are about to drive us away. I have my child with us and my aged parent but they didn't care. The problem was they allotted the same rooms to new customers and when they arrived they started to force us to leave the rooms asap. That means they receive double amount from both of us for the same day i.e for 15th march. But we have nothing to do with that. They booked the rooms for other ones without our knowledge and forced us to leave the rooms instead payment rent for full day. I was feed my child, my parent was having dinner. They were standing at our door, even told my aged father "bohot der se ap logo ka natak chal raha hain". We had no idea that after payment they will behave in that way. Till now wherever we stayed, hotels usually take full payment on last day. They had this in their mind i.e why they took the full payment on the very first day. We didn't bargaining for anything be it room rates or food items. Whatever they asked we paid becoz we were pleased with their behaviour. But at the end of the day they are businessmen. I will not recommended this rest house at all. By the way in 2 days they never done any room cleaning, there are so much insects and mosquitoes there. I show them that on the floor insect, bugs are moving, he is "main saaf karwa deta hoon". But did nothing. They don't have their own restaurent so u have to wait min 30 minutes just to get chai. Food items needs more times. After all we are human beings and only your behaviour towards others will introduce yoursef. And in this matter they are exception.

It is perfect stay for those who Biydnath temple. Pros: 1) Rooms are big enough and well maintained 2) Buget friendly 3) Near to temple 4) Service is best

Unforgettable stay! Will never forget the experience.Rooms are really clean and well maintained . Hotel is a beautiful place with great elegance. It deserves a 5 star rating.

The service was great pocket friendly rooms where pretty good according to price point ... Any problem take suggestions from the owner they will treat you like a family member... Will definitely visit in future.

Price is very high but near to temple i suggest to eat out side they charged me a lot for the meal Overally my experience is not that much good
