Very bad hotel don't come here serch for hotels in similar pricing the service is bad People are not at all good soo rude And there are flies everywhere

The Hotel Is awesome I am Mostly connected for Food and Sweets their sweets are authentic and My favourite is Milk Cake great Owner and Staffs .

Pathetic customer service and owner is rude and arrogant! He doesn't know how to address customer. Serving staff is good but Owner will ruine his own business! Its my 4th and last time when I am having lunch here. Food quality is worst and all you see is oil and oil in every dish. No clear instructions mentioned anywhere in the restroom for what is allowed and not allowed! Owner is desperate to manual charge the service charges. On demanding GST bill for the same He didnt provide. Later after all arguments removed. I need to find any other veg restaurant where Customer service is good.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the hotel! The unique combination of a cozy hotel and a tempting sweet shop made it a one-of-a-kind experience. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a restful haven after a day of exploring the local attractions. What truly sets this place apart is the sweet shop, which offered an array of delectable treats that satisfied my sweet tooth beyond expectations. From traditional sweets to modern confections, the variety and quality of the desserts were exceptional. The ambiance was charming, exuding a nostalgic charm that added to the overall experience.

Such a nice place loved it actually. I recommend everyone to visit at least ones The quality of the food was good and the sweets where also tasty. Loved the behaviour of the staff.

Tasted today malaikofta worth rs 200/- which was uncooked and tasteless.It was just kofta left in gravy

We have been ordering and eating at this fantastic restaurant since long time. Recently, Hotel Naresh got renovated and since then quality of food got degraded. Sweets are still awesome but quality of food like Mushroom butter masala, Paneer butter masala, Paneer mushroom butter masala has degraded drastically. I hope they bring back old cook/chef and improve quality of food.
