Hotel Saffron Suites

The staff behaviour is very good starting from gate guard to inner staffs. The restaurant is having pleasant environment. Tried to make feel of greenery inside the restaurant can keep some fresh indoor plants as well. Overall good. Not very good for pure vegetarian.

The room and hotel is perfect and awesome but service is too poor even though the food was also fantastic but the service is always the same.

Top hotel in chaibasa, hotel's design and restaurant decoration good with eco friendly atmosphere,Location is good to having wedding ceremony because there parking is big and having three banquet hall and one large ground,

Food is good.Hotel should increase staff strength at dining.Outer premises can be improved by good decor and lighting.Kindly repair the lights of name of hotel.It doesnt look nice with half light

The hotel is beautiful but room service is bad.. No one takes call at the reception then the service is too slow.. Bathroom needs repair. U cn hear ppl talking from other room.

I was there for lunch and they served me some lukewarm tea I asked them to change it and the waiter almost attacked me I demanded to see the manager ,who was not found The owner should look into these as this hotel is getting a really bad reputation Don't ever go there

Had booked the banquet hall in this hotel for my son's first birthday. Overall the experience was good with great food from its own restaurant. However they need to improve the service in terms of cleanliness of the table clothes and carpets which are used in the banquet hall. Also, management of the guests seating arrangement need to be looked in by the staff which was not satisfactory.
