Hotel Reliance

Situated in a very good place, rooms are spacious with little sunlight and flies all around, mice were there along with us as an unwanted guest, pretty cute isn't it. Slippers and towels should be changed on a regular basis but we had to ask and remind them that they got a task to do. We complained to them about the mice and they gave very absurd reasons, as they were renovating the 2nd floor that's why the mice entered our room which was on the 1st floor. Moreover it seems like the 2nd floor was allotted to the mice .

Nice Location, but service can be done a little better

The manager is very rude. The room and bathroom was very dirty and filthy and when I asked him to clean it he said to look for another place to stay. No basic amenities available like dental kit, slippers or soap . The staff is rude and do not know what they are doing . The manager had the audacity to say to look for another hotel like morpho. Will never book it again. Made a big mist

It's located just before the nayamore bus stand and standing tall. It is ideal for marraige ceremony and any special events with family.

The rooms are not up to 3 star rating that the hotel mentions. But rooms are clean and tidy. Lighting in my room can be improved a little. Room service is swift. Kwality restaurant offers delicious food like chili mushroom, veg mix noodles, manchow and hot n sour soup.

Nice hotel, polite staff and delicious food .....Must visit.....

Date - 2nd Oct, Room No- 311 , I had a very bad experience staying in hotel reliance . I have been staying 5-7 days Every month from Last 3 months in your hotel. This time I booked for 3 days in hotel reliance from 2nd Oct-5th Oct, the person sitting at reception was very arrogant , when I was doing check in , he asked me to make full payment. When I asked him is this new process because I have been staying from Last 4 months and on the day of check out we use to pay. You can check my records . Then he said it is strict order by hotel owner as many guest are running without paying- so the owner has said to make payment of room at check in time only. He kept on arguing saying many peoples comes and stay in rooms and don't pay the bills. I have made the payment and move to room and decoded from next time will not stay here. Person sitting at reception needs training on how to speak and what to speak Service is very poor, when we go to restaurant for breakfast their people will come only to ask room number and once we say the room no they don't even provide glass of water saying self service . At the time of check out time 3-4 people will stand at gate , asking for tips for service,

I have been to many big hotels, but first time ever I was charged for drinking water. Seriously? Can't you even provide normal drinking water to your guests even in this summer? This basic thing also a guest has to buy? ... Room was ok, but according to the price range, it's below average. Bathroom was also not very good according to the price and maintenance they charge. Once there is power cut, there is no AC and lift operational. We faced power cut off during our stay.
