Very poor quality food and service by this hotel . Will never staying in same hotel . Staff behaviour also not good... Hotel provides complimentary breakfast (on chargeable basis). There's no buffet. It just doesn't exist. You can order just ONE of the 4 available varieties. And that too, it's not like that you can have as much you want to. You are allowed just one portion. If you ask for more, the hotel will charge extra.

Small rooms, smaller washrooms. You want to watch TV, call the reception to request a set top box for the TV. You require toiletries, you have to request for that. One of the best hotel in Chas area. They have 24x7 power back up. Their AC is super efficient even in peak summer. Food is very good. Service is OK.

Very bad service I didn't like it

Good hotel for your business or official trip. Located in the heart of city from where accessibilities are good. Food are tasty & not so costly. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms are quite congested. Room service is ok type. Rooms are quite clean with good quality bed. According to hotel policy lady guest for male customer & vice-versa is not allowed which is a very good policy. But hotel staff not allowing us to enter ladies with males which is not right because you that should only applicable for those condition where a single lady or male wants to meet a single male or lady in room. Overall a good stay within appropriate budget.

Good Behaviour , Neat and Clean , Everything Is Good

Noisy and very hard to sleep at Night. The washroom is in poor condition and the AC is producing too much sound like a generator.

There's a new hotel Chas, Bokaro. This hotel is close to bus stand rooms are quite good, they provide good food hotel is very clean and room service also very prompt. Lift is very small maximum 2 peoples can accommodate. Surprising fact is if you book online the price is quoted lesser than direct booking.
