I can't emphasize enough how bad this hotel was. First of all, it's not in Bokaro; it's 20 km away in a village. We booked through OYO, and at check-in, we were asked for an extra GST amount on top of the booking fee. I managed to get it refunded through OYO customer service, but then something really scary happened. I had a medical emergency at night, and all the hotel staff had vanished. We tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. We were in pain, and the gate was locked from the outside. I somehow managed to get out, but the entire area is a village. Even if you were dying outside, no one would come to help. When I confronted the staff, the hotel owner called and sided with them. I have videos and audio of that horrific night. They did apologize later when I explained my situation, but it was a terrible experience. It was our first time visiting Bokaro, and this is what happened. Please book a hotel in Chas or Sector 04 instead of this area. I appreciate OYO for helping me
