Hotel Royal Residency (A Private Hotel)

Location is good , rooms decent. Food quality good . Service is OK, could be better . Staff behavior is good . Overall nice place to stay for few days .

The rooms were too bad. Poor in cleanliness. Geyser did not work. Food was too bad. Did not even served the food for two with two plates. Had to ask for plates, spoon, bowl etc.

Horrible experience. They took wide angle pictures of the room and send to us . We thought the rooms are big as they shown ,so we booked 1 room for 3 nights. Cost was 2200 per night. When we reached we saw the rooms are the size of a parrot cage. And balcony too are not that much what you are showing in your video. The bed was not enough for 3 person. So we said to change the room, they did and that room was in a more horrible condition. In the Bathroom of the room their was a big hole from where the guests next door cigarettes smoke, alcohol smell,vomit smell were coming and the room has no ventilation system. Please stop misleading people. Tourism is a big sector to earn money now a days but you people are not a long time player.please spend some money to do the maintenance also.

We stayed in Hotel Royal Residency during the durga puja festival. The rooms we were allotted were too costly. They charged us 3000/- per room. The rooms were small in size and the main issue was with our bathroom. Water was clogged in the bathroom during our whole stay and they were not even clean. There were insects in the rooms as well. These rooms should not cost more than 1500-2000/- even during the peak season also. The location of this hotel is great and from the front side room we could view the Netarhat lake also. The service was good but not up to the expectation considering the room prices. There are ample parking space but the issue is the cars are serially parked, so one has to drive his car out if another one in front of him wants to come out. Overall I would recommend to look for other good hotels first and in case of extreme one can stay in this hotel.

All is good. Each room is very clean and all the bath rooms is very cleaning and lighting.

Hotel Royal Residency which is situated in Netarhat Latehar district and here the rooms, parking, storage and guests are taken care of very well. There is a boy staying in Royal Residency Hotel who is very sweet and provides good service in the room.
