Rooms are uncleaned... lights in the rooms are dim.... bedsheet, blankets are provided unwashed... uncleaned utensils... horrible experience...we have to paid Rs 2500....room price 2000..extra 500 for extra one person but they cannot provide extra bed... according to price doesn't worth it....worst facility.... not recommended for anyone...jtdc hotels are far better than it

My experience about this hotel is very bad.Room is uncleaned.RoomService is nothing. Rooms are unhealthy. Lights are not sufficient. Room rents are excessive, it is not possible to guess when you booking in online.Last of allvery rough and crude behavior are shown to us by Manager.He demanded extra bed charge of Rs.500/-though we have not taken any extra bed.It is already informed to him that we have no required of extra bed at the time of enter into the room, as the floor is very dirty and uncleaned. He force fully taken the extra charge of 300.l shall taken local action against him with hotel.

Overall nice experience at staying at this hotel.. foods are delicious and rooms are well maintained... Suggest to visit for home like environment...

One of the worst hotels on earth. No TV, no AC, only one ceiling fan and that too is of primitive age and running too slow. If you are expecting cleanlines, this should be your last choice on this planet. The toilets are your punishment. It should be better to go amidst nature nearby with 'lota' on nature's call than to spend 2 mintues inside sinking toilets. And for all these, you're gonna be charged Rs.1200/- per night. The kitchen ( you can't call it a restaurant ) may land you in hospita. And beware of double charging. Better to have food at the Forest Cafeteri, which is clean and good. It is far better to stay at Daltonganj than to spend a single night here, if you miss the Van Bihar Resort.

I really liked this hotel, the staffs' behaviour were very nice... Rooms are somewhat okayish, but the washrooms are very bad... Else, everything was ok

Good Environment... Nice view from Hotel... It's a big campus to play and for bournfire... Overall good experience.

Nice & simple hotel.. it's good for budget travellers.. don't expect luxury items here

Its looking conjusted type for gathering travellers.. Dont know about services... Not upto mark by local info..but it has only the maximum room accommodation..
