Hotel Pratiksha

Very poor service in night. I would like to share my experience is very very very bad on today night after 12:23 am . Light backup arrangement is very poor. I were in very difcult condation when Honey bee approx 500 nos has attacked on me at 3:30 am in the morning. Complite room has been captured by Honey bee and very difficult to save my life. I have weakup and run away from room without light at hotel reception. Light was disturb from being. No light was in room as well as mosquito has been badely betten in entire night. I did not sleep in night . Fully night disturbed. Staff says that diesel is not available so we have not run a DG set in night. Staff says that You have to sleep without light and with our fan. After all change the room by staff. Service staff is not well behaved and manageable. Overall very very poor answer and care by hotel staff.

This hotel is situated in Balumath, Dist:- Latehar. Hotel Pratiksha (Balumath) is 3km from Balumath Railway Station. Free parking facility is available and also It operates a 24-hour front desk to assist guests. Rooms here are equipped with an air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All units come with a safety box. The fooding taste was fabulous and amazing. The rate is also good. But staffs are not friendly with customers AND LASTLY I WANT TO SAY THAT THERE IS NO ANY ONE HOTEL IN BALUMATH LIKE HOTEL PRATIKSHA.

There is not good service manager behaviour is no good there should be more hotels like this so he will get competition it charges more for booking like city many people cant afford them.......... ...................................................Thank you

Hindustan me is hotel se ghatiya hotel AAP kahi nahi mileage Service is very poor Not value for money. So plz plz don't stay hear..

Hotel and service both are very poor also room is very uncomfortable and not clean

Gud food with reasonable price,but late service. No TV channels,not even news

Best hotel and quality food with quantity..awesome service and gud staff behaviour..
