Wedding Banquet Hall & Resort, Very Spacious place.

Good for marriage and party for also good. Utsav resort is in Koyla nagar dangi more road kusum vihar phase 2. In the resort opposite side small and beautiful park for kids and adults. In the out side the resort both side tree well cut and decorating with lights and flowers. In the night looking so beautiful and main gate decorating with lights also.

The place is still under construction but quite good as a venue for celebrations. The banquet hall is quite big and sufficient to host a gathering of 300 people along with the open air space in front. The rooms are good and has basic amenities. Some of them still do not have TV or ACs so that needs to be checked before making any booking. Little bit more attention should be paid towards cleanliness. The staff is ok.

Good hotel. Decent food. Not very expensive. Nice rooms. However, the walls of the rooms need a fresh coat of paint, although they are not really dirty. Just a few spots here and there. And the windows of the washrooms could do with some nets just to prevent some insects from coming in from the wilderness at the back.

I had went here to attend the marriage Ceremony... and I had a great experience... they also provide room services and many more... this place has big area that you can enjoy any function... one big hall for reception and concerts and many more... they have one open ground that was also big enough to enjoy... I recommend this...!!!

This place is good....according to the location and availability. There are 20 rooms a banquet hall and lawn area is available. Can easily accomodate upto 500 ppl. But the peice segment is a bit on the higher side....as per my enquiry they quoted 3.5 lakh for 24hrs (decoration is also included in this price )
