Hotel Highway Udhampur

It was midnight when my family and I somehow managed to fall asleep despite the incredibly irritating noise from the ceiling fan, as the hotel had cut off the AC supply from the source. To make matters worse, we experienced an unacceptable intrusion--a waiter rang the doorbell and entered our room without any consent, bringing food that we hadn't ordered. Half-asleep,I had to forcefully make him leave. Only after realizing he had entered the wrong room did the waiter quietly exit, muttering something about silencing the doorbell. This was by far the most unprofessional and poorly managed hotel experience we've ever had. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of training and basic hospitality standards. If you've read this far, you're a smart individual for even considering this hotel. I'd give it a zero rating if I could.

Best stay in Udhampur and at the best price. Unless you have a better price somewhere else this hotel is at a perfect location, excellent rooms with good staff and well connected. They have a maruti authorised service center so you get the car service support as well

hotel is at very good location On the way to Srinagar Mr Azim Is very helping and overall service Of the hotel was very nice and food was also very good

Good option to stay for a night or two, good clean and well maintained rooms, near Udhampur railway station 11/12 minute time taken via rikshaw ride or taxi to commute, good food taste at reasonable price quality and quantity is apt, value for money stay, good staff behavior.

Excellent location, Spacious rooms, very Cooperative staff and tasty food. Special mention to Raj Ali reception staff been very helpful throughout the stay and Kichidi is a must try in their menu.
