Very worst place to stay in winters basic needs like hot water, heating arrangements was worst of all. See the condition of the mug so dirty . They show you that they have heating facilities but the blowers they give you for heating those are not working properly .Full night I was suffering with cold there was no electricity blowers and electric blanket was not working.. Fully Wastage of money. More than money you'll suffer with the cold. Don't waste your money by booking this hotel in winters.

Its so outside that u will not get any auto to go in city and even after getting auto they will ask u 200 rs one side. Its mean u will pay 400 for auto evey day. And take 1hr of urday day time.

This was best hotel I visited during my visit to kashmir. Good food. Good hospitality. Good ambiance. Nice view from room. Good working room heaters. I will strongly recommend it.

Rooms are not at all good..actually good rooms are there but it is not available for us..we faced difficulty to stay there
