Aksa Hotel Srinagar

The serving staff were exceptional--attentive, friendly, and highly professional. They made sure we were comfortable, accommodated special requests with ease, and maintained a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their knowledge of the menu and recommendations added to the overall experience. The food prepared by the cook MADAN LAL was delicious, well-prepared, warm and beautifully presented. Each dish was bursting with flavor, and the variety on the menu catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, making every meal a delight. The servicing staff - MOHAMMAD AMIN was an exceptional in his work and serving.

We three gusts stayed in the hotel from 12 the April 2025 to 15th April. The day one was OK . On the 2nd day, the hotel staff came to the room by evening, that too, even without our permission, entered the room and tried to take the additional bed given to the 3rd gust forcibly. Their demand was to use the sofa as the bed . We firmly resisted their illegal demand and contacted our travel agent who booked the hotel. The travel agent came to the hotel to resolve the issue. It was an untoward incident, must not happen from the hotel management. The food was ,particularly the breakfast was horrible. The dinner charge for one person was Rs.600 was nothing but robbery. So we advise anybody going to Srinagar, must avoid Hotel Aksa .

I was unsure about staying at Hotel Aksa because I read some bad reviews online, but my travel agent recommended it, so I decided to book five deluxe rooms. Now, I can say that reviews aren't always accurate. This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly, and one of the best things, especially in winter, was the central heating. It made our stay much more comfortable. If I visit Kashmir again, I'll definitely stay at Hotel Aksa . I highly recommend it

Comfortable & Well-Maintained Rooms The housekeeping team did an excellent job in keeping our room spotless. Room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Perfect Winter Comfort Despite the chilly weather, the room heaters worked perfectly, providing us with a cozy and comfortable stay. This was a huge relief after exploring the beautiful city in the cold. Prime Location The hotel's location is incredibly convenient--within walking distance of Lal Chowk, the Clock Tower, and bustling shopping areas. This made it easy for us to explore the local markets and enjoy the charm of Srinagar without any hassle. Delicious Dining Experience The in-house restaurant served tasty and diverse dishes, catering to various preferences. Every meal was a treat, and we truly enjoyed the flavors and taste. Exceptional Service from the Management A special mention to the Hotel Manager and front desk staff, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Their willingness to go the extra mile made our experience even more memorable. A Heartwarming Experience Above all, what touched us the most was the genuine kindness and hospitality of the entire team. Their attentiveness and warm nature made our stay truly special. We highly recommend Hotel Aksa, Srinagar to everyone looking for a fantastic stay in the city. We are already looking forward to returning in the summer for another memorable visit! I stayed at Aksa Hotel, Srinagar. The room was clean, spacious, well ventilated. The room was warm with heater and had all basic amenities. The STAY WAS PLEASENT

The hotel and service is very good. I would recommend you to visit this place if you ever go to Srinagar. Especially Meer Gowhar, F&b is great.
