The Dewan Bagh Cottage Resort

The Dewan Bagh is the new gem in Kashmir which is not discovered by many of the influencers and social media yet, but but but I'm assuring all of you reading this review YOU WILL FIND PEACE HERE and once you are at this cottage you will forget the outside world till the time you are here. I stayed there for 5 nights and those were the best days I've ever had in Kashmir. I had been to Kashmir multiple times but this time was something different that I will never forget, the food the hospitality the staff behavior you name it you have it everything was top notch, I'm damn sure if I will ever go to Kashmir again will definitely staying at The Dewan Bagh.

Visited the Royal Dewan Bagh recently from 29th Oct to 1st Nov and have loads to speak about this enchanting property! ||Fabulous professionally managed property both outdoors and indoors... ||I truly appreciate Saheem the Host and Owner of this treasure and his teams involvement to a micro level. For those who are travelling to kashmir surely have to touch upon this property for the following experiences:||Cleanliness - awesome |Food and staff hospitality - Delicious, hygienic local cuisine and professional staff.. |Property - amidst the nature and Is a true beauty, well kept and serviced and is with good artefacts, furniture, cleanliness...and there is fire place for a big group to sit together in the living room.. |good collection of books in the still library around the fire place! ||Beautiful scenic outdoor sit out for those who are reel crazy.. it's a treasure.. ||A MuST MuST Go... just relaxes you with its warmth and location! It's surely a 5 Star rating from my family and myself out of all the three properties we visited in Kashmir. ||Thanks Saheem for this beautiful closing kashmir experience! your team is so professionally trained like trained in a Seven star hotel! Keep going and scale new heights. Wishing you good luck and we shall come back soon to enjoy a different weather and stay! ||The most touching part is the board at the entrance which shares with the guest all about the existence of this property.. super!

Nestled in the middle of the mountains , this cottage has everything that one needs. The tranquility is mesmerizing. I was very iffy at first as I have not travelled to India for some time now. I wasn't sure if I should book a hotel , thankfully I did not ... the hospitality is unmatched . The food was out of the world. The staff helped me to explore the local areas and made sure I was safe and comfortable at all times. If you are traveling from overseas, this place will not disappoint you. There is more personal touch and if you are like me who loves to explore local cuisine and culture, this is the place to dig.

I had pleasant stay at The Dewan Bagh Cottage , Ganderbal. Mr. Shaheem was very polite and humble throughout our stay and got meals arranged as per our choice. Mr. Yawar who was a caretaker at the place was too humble and prepared yummy food. He's very professional cook and make great dishes. There's fruits in its garden area which tastes too good. Its highly recommended property in Ganderbal.

Amazing stay place is clean and spacious. Host is very humble. Worth the price. Con's distance is away from main Sonmarg attraction and Internet. Otherwise we had wonderful time. Host was humble enough arrange locally grown apple

A fantastic property! Helpful staff and good homely food.Vegetarian and non vegetarian. One doesn't feel like going to city. A garden in front adds to beauty and use- day time in autumn and evening in summer.
