Hotel outer look is too good but when we entered the room its a mess.. Very unhygienic, with spider and flies everywhere. Geyser dont works and taps are useless. The pillows and blankets are just hopeless with dirt and hair.. Must not visit this place.. The Manager along with his boys are too rude with worst behaviour.

How can you call this food.No safety in the rooms. Staff coming in without knocking and broken locks...Very Bad Rooms- Absolutely un-liveable place,Very unhygienic rooms. There were HAIR and DIRT on the bedsheets/pillows. Geysar and taps not working,flush not working toilet clogged and Shower not working.Tv not working and there was a VERY BAD smell of water from the walls and ceiling when we asked for a room frshener the staff gave us an ecpired one which made the smell worse.Terrible room condition, USED everything absolutely unlivable..We stayed for 1 hour until we gave up and went back to katra BUT the staff got mad because we didnt pay, We saod we dont like the hotel bit the manager and other staff still argued.... Not recommended...

Very poor service, very dirty staff and very poor service and the room is not clean at all, it smells bad and there is no taste in the food at all, Mr Joginder and the people who stay with him at the reception have very rude behaviour. I should not refer to anyone, this hotel has very dirty staff.

Property is good. A perfect stay with beautiful views. Their hospitality is very good and Mr. Balbir is a very good person to manage each and everything too nicely. Must visit place if you come to Patnitop.

The weather at Patnitop is amazing. Enjoyed my stay very much. The natural beauty and the scienic mountains are a treat for the eye. We stayed at The Misty Pines Cottages, Patnitop which was a very nice stay given the price. Service was also good. Overall Patnitop is a must visit for once.

Patnitop, at an altitude of 8000' approx a beautiful place surrounded by pine trees all over is situated 45 Kms away from Udhampur on national highway 1A. During winter the hill is covered with snow. During 70-90's lots of movies shooting was done here.

Patnitop is a must visit place in Jammu Kashmir near to Katra Vaishno Mata. u'll find snow everywhere in winters but weather is normal in summer as well. Awesomeo hangout with friends. Cool and chilled weather with heavy snowfall. Just loved this place.

I visited patnitop in Nov this year the weather was quite pleasent there and temprature was about 10 degrees in the day but the night was cool and you need a blanket in the night. We stayed at krystal hotel restaurant and found it very good. patnitop is a very beutiful place i liked the calmness prevailing there and my mind was pacified in those beutiful surroundings.A horse ride is very joyful in sanasar lake. Visited again soon
