We had a wonderful stay at Walnut Creek in Pahalgam with our family. They have a library with a great collection for books to enjoy with a cup of kahwa/coffee/tea. Our stay at Walnut Creek was amazing. The staff are very courteous and cooperative. As some construction was going on in front of the room we booked, we were upgraded to a different room with a mountain view. Umar ensured our every need was attended to. The restaurant was also very cooperative in accommodating our every need. The setting is also very picturesque. Highly recommend Walnut Creek for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at Pahalgam.

Writing this review after a night's stay here in this awesome premium hotel. 1st thing first- they were so sweet to upgrade our room to a suite room and trust me it was a super cozy and nice room. Somehow when the heater of the room living area did not seem working, we called them, and immediately 2-3 people from the team reported and fixed the entire issue and made us sure that they are available 24*7- imagine the hospitality they offer. Every service was super quick. Welcome drink - Kahwa was refreshing. We ordered dinner in the room and food was also good. They prepared fresh good food for the baby too. Breakfast again had multiple varieties and we had nice sun soaking time in the garden area. Overall a comfortable and nice stay if you do not mind little bit of travelling.

Very elegant hotel with excellent staff and good food at breakfast as well as dinner. The staff there was so welcoming and made sure everyone in our group was comfortable. The lobby is grand and the views from the hotel are awesome. There's really good local artwork all around the hotel.
