Pahalgam Resorts

A very decent location.... I had visited approx 10-15 times Kashmir but this visit became my best visit just due to the Pahalgam resort ... The cottages they have mind blowing and most important part was the STAFF... very friendly very caring... The person to whom I deal with his name is JAVEED... so nice person... Very calm and helping personality... The food was so good... even they served food of our choice in breakfast and dinner.....

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Javed, the manager, and his excellent team. Their brilliant service and superb hospitality truly impressed us. We are very happy and look forward to visiting again in the next season!

They will charge you Rs 10k for a room , but won't provide basic amenities like hot water, electricity, drinking water, blankets. Don't even talk about luxury. This hotel is a joke.Great location but terrible service and staff. Beware

The location is a 10 on 10, however the bed sheets were blood stained even after changing it twice. Food is good compared to what you otherwise get in Kashmir, but it was very expensive. One veg pulaw they billed 600 rupees which we easily get for 150. The staff are all well behaved and polite. Rooms are good. The taps and wc are not proper. They'd take away the blower after few hours giving weird reasons. Otherwise the property location is surreal!

Owner Mr ishfaq is very good and nice person behaviour person. Very good staff One of the best view in the valley. Super good rooms with all facilities. The Food is one of the best in had in the trip.

Hello, We have recently stayed at this hotel his service,rooms,staff,location and food was amazing . The staff was so humble and when I checked the hotel review i got a little bit confused about to stay in the hotel but later i called my agent he said that the negative review which has been given because of previous owner they lost all the reputation of this hotel but new owner have modified it and give best services to guests so i recommend it to everyone for stay Thank u once again....

The property was overall nice but the only thing lagged is the service quality. Like the hot water on tap was not coming. We asked to provide water bottles multiple times but still they didn't provide that.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious and top-notch. Best in pehalgam
