Hotel The Coastal

It is very very pathetic hotel, pathetic food and very rude staff service, they are serving burned roti, without taste food and if ask to change the roti than they asked to you to make roti your self that much rude to tourist. We didn't eanten any dinner and breakfast at this place due to staff behaviour and service as well as room condition..next day early morning we checked out without any meal.. Very very pathetic experience our 8 days Jammu and Kashmir Trip.. Will not suggest anybody to go coastal hotel at Pahalgam...

Great for one day stay. Friendly staff, easy to converse. Decent food options. Might experience some power shortage but mostly covered by the hotel's generator sufficiently.

i will advise people not to invest money in booking in hotel the coastal, room are good but they do not provide hot water as required during snow period, they provide water between 6am to 12noon, the coastal hotel does not provide sleeper in cold condition, on demand they give sleeper, in bed room heater are provided but they purposefully cut heater run by inverter in alternate 2 hours, food quality is good and they do not have electric heater to heat water when required, they simply make excuse that there is electricity problem in pehelgam, otherwise in same location other hotel have done arrangement through generator,this hotel is 2-3 years old ,they have to go long way to improve the serious if hotel owner take my review seriously , hence the facts of actual experience shared by me on 2-3march2025,other tourist to take call after my review

It was a hell of experience to stay here. They do not have any proper facilities and have only one man for service. It is not good for family. They do not provide hot water for 24 hour in colder environment too. They only provide it after 8 pm in the evening. Pls do not waste your money. There are other hotel nearby with same price.

This is one of the finest hotels in pahalgam the hospitality is pretty osm i haven't experienced this kind of service before I will love to stay here again

The service here is very bad. We stayed in two separate rooms for two days as two couples. There was no proper facility of any thing there. Neither the water was hot nor the light was working properly there.The employees there do not know how to talk to the customers properly, they give wrong answers and there was no proper food available there.

Love to stay Here, very good hotel... clean rooms, 24 hours room heater and blanket heater availability..,
