I had an amazing time with my family! The overall experience was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly humble and supportive, making us feel right at home. However, I have to mention that the buffet could use a bit more variety--there weren't too many options, and it felt quite small. That's definitely an area they could improve on! A special shoutout to Mr. Raman--what a wonderful personality! His kindness truly made our visit special. May God bless him! Overall, it was a memorable day!

We visited on 9th May 2025 during a very sensitive time, and we're truly grateful for the warmth and support we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt calm, safe, and cared for throughout our time there.||A special shoutout to Lokesh, Karun, Rajat, Gopal, Mansi, and Komal for their kindness and attentiveness. Mansi, in particular, was a comforting presence for all the women present -- thank you for making us feel so at ease.||Huge thanks to the F&B team for bringing everything together seamlessly, and to the entire Vivanta team for their incredible hospitality. Exceptional experience at Vivanta Jammu, Taj Group never disappoints. Beautiful Property, blissful view of gurudwara from our room. Welcomed with refreshing drinks and kachori. Dinner at Mint restaurant was soulful. Chef served us desserts on the house. Staff is polite, welcoming and told us about the splendid Jammu.

As usual the location, rooms, food and services are excellent. On a personal front what stands out on every stay at Vivanta has been its staff. Same is the case at Vivanta, Jammu. A special shout out to staff members Raman, Mansi, Jwala, Hrithik and others. The staff always go out of their way to make every customer special. This time too the staff had a farewell cake for us though we just stayed for a night. Thanks to the staff for the special gesture and making our stay comfortable and memorable. BTW my friend and I checked-in of the 12th and checked-out on the 13th of Feb. The reception desk also arranged for any cab requests we had and also have good inputs on local sightseeing and activities. Looking forward to my next visit for a longer stay.

Situated in the heart of the city makes iconic places like temples and markets easily accessible. The hotel stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and professional. Although the room service and restaurant service are a bit slow. It takes multiple follow-ups and repeat requests to get a basic task done.

Recently been to Jammu for an excursion with my family and happen to discover this hotel. Was I lucky?? Absolutely Everything in the hotel was unmatched, from ambience to service of the hotel staff. Especially Karun and Rajat, both of them were really helpful and kind. I stayed there with my family and the whole stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Great staff and hospitality... Enjoyed the experience thoroughly. All our guests also appreciated the food and drinks prepared at Vivanta and the hospitality provided by them. Everything in the event was ready on time and details were cared for. There was no need to run behind anyone to get any stuff or work done.
