very poorly maintained hotel. dirty floor and furniture. Bathroom not clean. |Room was not cleaned even after asking. Towels changed only after asked to do so.|No iron in the room and one supplied on asking was faulty. Had to get replaced again.|Locker was not working. Had to call Technician to set it right.|However the breakfast was good.

I had a wonderful experience! The people here were so friendly, and the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was really cooperative and made everything easy. The rooms were great too! I truly enjoyed my visit, in comparison with the other hotels this was the best pick for me.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant in Sarovar Portico Hotel, Jammu, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations.The food service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was courteous, attentive, and highly professional.|Whether it was the traditional Kashmiri delicacies or the continental dishes, everything was cooked to perfection.

Hygiene and cleanliness were well-maintained , which further enhanced the dining experience in zing bar . The seamless service and warm hospitality truly made the meal memorable. Good spacious rooms,buffet is good . The in room menu and restaurant menu is the same. Do check where you have to go in the city as getting prepaid auto and taxi could be a challenge
