So, I booked this hotel in February. I was travelling with my parents and wanted a comfortable stay. When we reached the location, it was a nightmare. The hotel is situated in the middle of a bus yard. All you can see is bus drivers, truck drivers with their vehicles parked. I went to the reception and canceled the booking, however no refund was given. It was a terrible experience for both me and my parents. For someone traveling with family, it's a NO. For females and couples traveling together, again a NO. It would just feel so unsafe to even be in that vicinity. In simpler words, the location of this hotel makes it look really shady.

Terrible Experience Not Recommended at All I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, the staff was so rude and the location is very poor and hard to access. Secondly, they denied our check-in, saying we were not older than 20, even though Goibibo clearly mentions that the minimum check-in age is 18. When we showed them this, they simply said "I don't know why it says that, but we can't allow you to check in." No support was provided, and they also refused to modify or refund the booking. Completely unprofessional behavior. Very disappointing experience.

Pls don't choose this hotel in jammu , it is not for family. Pls do not book this hotel, this place is very horrific with no street lights, full of trucks and drivers, you don't get transport easily, very remote. Hotel owner or management won't work on feedbacks. Pls don't go by positive reviews, they are paid. We have booked for two days , unfortunately we had to cancel for one day due to security reasons. But they have cancelled for two days and middle of night receptionist calls and tells us to vacate the room cause you people cancelled the room. Imagine a family with girl child and wife were sent out at 11 pm and till12.15 we did not get single auto within 600 m radius of the hotel. I wish to report this to police due to security concerns and the way they asked us to vacate the room at mid night. Staff is pathetic, no manners, very inhumane. Some are smelly , very rude. Which hotel would do like this in middle of night in jammu. And the hotel is situated at a place where there are no street lights, full of trucks and cargo vehicles. Very insane . Pls don't choose this hotel. Pls don't choose this hotel.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed The location is just awful The rooms are not clean...AC is a joke. One other highlight is that this place does not have hot water...For god's sake it's located in Jammu...but no hot water. They just have normal water which is not cold..that's it...it's not hot water ... And that water is only available between 5 and 10 in the morning...so if you want to take bath after 10...you will freeze to death and they don't care... One other highlight is that they charge for water bottles ....Every hotel gives a litre a day complimentary...but they charge for it too...But when you see their website or go to their room...they say water is complimentary....Such a scammer this hotel is...Do not go here...

I visited this property several times There rooms were clean and hygiene is top notch Service and the reception staff were polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel to you all.

My Humble request to all ..pls don't plan to stay in this Hotel just useless waste of money only 1 housekeeping staff for the hotel. All staff is untrained not from Hospitality management. I can promise you if you ignore my suggestion you will feel it practically & you will be writing the same review like me. Kya kya ginvau aapko - no towels in washroom after calling many times, dirty bed sheets, no staff, termite in furniture, dumpnes in the room and so onnnn.

Hotel is very nice rooms are very nice and comfortale .Wifi speed is very good ,staff is very good and helpful apart from that comes to breakfast part it was awesome all the iteams are present .Service is very fast in breafast and other meals as well .Every thing is very great .Will visit again .Big Thanks to Treebo for such a great property.

They are very careless at the booking time and even after taking the advance they didn't book our room. In real the hotel is not same as shown in the photos !
