I recently stayed at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding level of service provided throughout my visit. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted by an attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome and ensured a seamless check-in process. The concierge service was exceptional--they took the time to understand my needs and provided thoughtful recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and sightseeing spots. The service is so pathetic also noone picks up the call from room. The rooms smell bad and even do not provide with extra pillows and blankets. The kettle was not washed and had water which smelled too bad. Sanitation is worse. Hotel also do not provide with tea and coffee sachets. Also the Water bottles were no complementary. Also the heaters are way old. The AC does not have a flap. I would hardly suggest not to book this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are really helpful. The resturant is inside and serves hot and tasty food. Stay recommended

Simply the best best in jammu....no need to think or blink entring this heaven...A must must visit recommended to everyone...Its services ,beauty,atmosphere and the calm and sympathetic behaviour of the manager is simply superbb...5 stars from my side...

Literally waste of money. Book this hotel if you want to experience what a poultry farm smells like. Service was inappropriate as well. Sanitation is very bad. No proper services such as blankets are provided

I recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the Bus Stand. Value for the money option in Jammu. Neat n clean restaurant, tasty food.
