Hotel Gupta Resorts

We enjoyed the delicious food of the hotel and the service was excellent ....the rooms was clean and comfortable

What a fantastic hotel Gupta Resorts I stay there for 3 days I satisfied all the services of the hotel Professional Managers and all staff members.

Decent experience. Rooms were okay, but the staff could be more attentive. Great for a short stay. Upgrade basic amenities to enhance guest comfort.

It used to be a nice place to stay in. But now i think they have lost the track and the vision. They have forget to maintain the hotel, keep it clean, change the mattresses, pillows, covers etc. Even the exhaust fans seem to have never been cleaned since their installation. Even the dust and grease is visible on pendent fans and walls as well. Restaurant service too has gone very poor and slow, you have to wait at least one hour for food/meals once you order it. I am totally shocked over this hotel now.

Property was great but reception staff don't know how to talk to guest so I'm not happy

Had the best stay experience with family at Gupta's The Staff was so welcoming & helpful The meals were delicious The Rooms were neat and clean The Room service was also on point Free wifi access Location is a on giving an easy access for shopping Jus loved our stay over there Will visit again in future in sha allah
