The hotel is very good in terms of location and services. Although room charges are a little high but it is worth it. The staff is very cooperative and humble.. We enjoyed our stay..

Our experience at this hotel was terrible. We were a family of four adults, and the staff insisted on seeing a marriage certificate, even after we provided valid identification. It was clear they were hesitant to give us a room because we are from Kashmir. Despite producing multiple IDs, the service remained unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers from Kashmir.

I had a great experience. I stayed there from 13th December 2024 to 16th December 2024. Everyone was friendly and well mannered. Being a solo female traveller, I felt safe and secured there. You must try the Biryani there. They make awesome biryani. Looking forward to staying there again.

**A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Green View Jammu** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Green View Jammu, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience at a budget price.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They carried and dropped luggage to rooms .The deluxe room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a working air conditioner that kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The bed was plush and inviting, and the bathroom was clean . The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, making my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Hotel Green View Jammu to anyone looking for a comfortable stopover in Jammu on way to Srinagar.

The rooms are great with ac. The staff here is so polite and humble. As we entered the hotel in afternoon, they provided us cold water without asking, also got our bags to the rooms. If you want to have food, I recommend to have it here only. As compared to outside restaurants the food quality and taste here is so nice and also in budget. Overall it is the best hotel in this area.

I booked a room in the hotel from MakeMyTrip on 5th June 2024. My experience is pretty bad when I stayed there. Stayed for 1 night. Pros: The service staff is okay to respond but they will take time. Cons: 1. Rooms are very small and not clean. 2. There is no parking for a 2-wheeler (Forget 4 wheelers). 3. The washroom stinks and gives a very bad Oder (Thank God I left the place soon) 4. Ac room AC filter is not cleaned & throw dust when you turn on. 5. There is no Elevator (Lift) in the hotel if you have language. You will suffer 6.The locality is very congested to reach the location. I Do not recommend the stay to anyone as we have much better options in the Jammu for same price if not lower.

I booked this hotel one day prior to my visit to Vaishno mata. We could not checkin on time because we were visiting the temple and got quite late at night. Everytime I called to make sure that we get the room, they politely responded. We had our luggage delivered from a friend and they were kind enough to take it and keep it safely until we reached. The rooms were exactly as shown in the picture. They gave us all the toiletries etc at 1 am in the night and were very sweet. Next day, when we wanted to extend the stay by a couple of hours because we wanted to rest, they agreed without any hassle. It was such a relief that we got to experience such hospitality after a tiring trek to Vaishno mata. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you are here in Jammu. The staff is polite, friendly and kind.
