Bloom Hotel - Jammu

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bloom! The rooms were clean, the ambiance was cozy, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Anita Thakur at the reception--she was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her welcoming attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. It's rare to come across such dedicated hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Hospitality and service is outstanding. Better than any JW Marriott hotel. This is the best place for stay in vaishno devi, katra. Food is also nice . Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are also nice . Hotel has a good vibe also. They are very caring of their guests in all aspects. Thanks to the team to make me feel||Homely at ur place .

We had visited vaishno devi temple and con the way back we visited Jammu. In Jammu we stayed at hotel Bloom. It is one of the finest Hotels to stay with family. The rooms are very neat and spacious. Very clean . The Hotel staff is very professional and took good care of Us. It's near Raghunath temple and bus stand and it's easy to travel anywhere around Jammu as this hotel is at Center point. Mr Atulya the team leader is a very fine gentleman and took good care . Overall a wonderful experience to stay at Hotel . Highly recommended place to stay with family

The stay was very memorable and the staff was very helpful and gave so many good suggestions. Even in such hard times they are focusing on customers and their well being so much. I would suggest the hotel for stay to all travellers to come and have a great hospitable experience.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

Very bad Policies of not letting the customer check in before the time. And tbe check in time tbey have kept is 2pm which is very wierd as the check in time in all other india is 11 am . And for early check in they charge an amount of rs1000 which is also too wierd as it is a budget friendly hotel.

A pretty good stay overall. Booked this place because of the location as I needed something with parking in this area where everywhere I wanted to go was within walking distance. Great food options all around with a McDonald's literally next door. They also have a couple of eateries in the building (a cafe and Sticky Rice restaurant) although I didn't have time to try either of them. Would definitely consider it the next time I visit Jammu

A very good property. They have all the amenities available. The rooms are pretty well maintained and spacious. The service is up to the mark. They really need to change the food menu and quality. The hotel staff is pretty well behaved. I'm looking forward to staying again. Overall it was a good stay.
