We had booked stay at lavender haze_Pahalgam from 30th April to 2nd May. We were very excited looking at photos shown at your site however when we arrived at property, we were disappointed due to several reasons. The picturesque impression that has been provided on the website is not matching with the actual property which is extremely misguiding and it's a mere photographic delusion. It's a very gloomy property which is not at all maintained. Below are some of the points: 1. Property location doesn't match Google location shared. 2. Very old and not maintained property. 3. Bedrooms are very small 4. Furniture and other artifacts are were par below images shown 5. Surroundings were muddy and our vehicle got stuck and rescued after long effort. 6. Basic facilities like hand wash and tissues were not available in any of the washrooms. 7. Shoes were not allowed inside the room that too during such freezing time. This is NOT at all worth for the charges paid. We didn't even unpack and went scouting for another hotel immediately on 30th Apr. We conveyed our disappointment to Mr Amit from stay vista team and left property on the same day. This whole event resulted in tremendous mental, physical trauma and additional exponential cost burden to scout and book another hotel. The response of our grievance from the Stayvista team was not at all satisfactory and it lacked customer orientation.

This place beats all our expectations. It was a great comfortable stay from the time we checked in to checkout. It's not easy to accommodate 7 adults and an infant. Sajid and Rafique did a tremendous job in hosting us and took care of every minor detail. We may as well would have extended our stay just for their hospitality and service. Look no further. Book this place and relax by the river!
The villa is actually located 17 kms away from pahalgam at a super isolated place. There is no surrounding nearby and only farms.
Definitely not worth its price. The host and the property were not nice at all. No power backups and regular electricity cuts. The property is very old and not maintained
