Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa

My husband and I have had a lovely getaway to the Hilton Rose Hall Resort. Pros: The resort was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the "East Beach" which was quieter during the day and then would move towards the pool as people went in to prepare for dinner. Food was fine, about average for what you'd expect at an All Inclusive. We loved the Italian restaurant and had the best chickpeas ever at the Asian restaurant (would love the recipe!!). We did not try the Jerk Shack or Rum Factor as we don't tend to like curried or heavily spiced food. The staff was lovely and was always pleasant. Cons: There were a few things in our room (outlet, smoke detector?) that stayed lit up or flashed throughout the night which disrupted our sleep at times. Our toilet also ran frequently, filling up and emptying itself numerous times an hour. The bars did not have bananas throughout our stay, which limited the number of frozen drinks available. You can tell the resort is older (compared to Hilton Cancun where we stayed in 2023) but this did not take away from our experience. We would absolutely come back and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

We went as a group of nine for my 50th birthday, and wow did we make a good choice. I was partially sceptical due to some reviews I read just before we left but no this resort was just amazing in every aspect. ||The hotel had something for everyone - from the youngest of our group 13 to the eldest 76. It was AMAZING.||The hotel and grounds were stunning, the rooms were fine - yes basic but had everything you need and were cleaned meticulously every day. ||The pools and entertainment were brilliant. Clean and well kept. There was such a vibe everywhere you went. ||The staff including managers were super friendly and couldn't do enough. ||The food including the buffet and all restaurants were beautiful, particular favourites were the seaside restaurant, the Asian restaurant, outside barbecue and the excellent coffee shop. ||Honestly, this resort had everything. The spa was amazing, I had a massage on my birthday by the beach which was second to none. ||We did four excursions - inc Nine Mile tour to see Bob Marley, Ricks Cafe, Dunns River Falls and an electric bike/rafting trip, all were excellent - expensive but worth the experience. ||We retuend home on 03.05.25 and we still have major holiday blues. If your looking for a Jamaican vibe with excellent value then this is the place to go.

Hotel is OK. You often find yourself hungry, with no where to eat. The buffet (sometimes) and Jerk Hut are the only edible options. This hotel is not set up for morning people. Everything is closed in the early morning. I woke up early, very thirsty. No water to drink, ANYWHERE. I went to the front desk, they said to order room service. Room service is an APP, no option for water. Eventually one kind employee gave me his own bottle of water. It doesn't feel like an all inclusive because everything costs extra. Dinner by the pool, $40. Each time you order room service $10. Something looks good on the menu? It's $40 extra. Going to a nice hotel, and paying for your meals would be less expensive than this "all-inclusive" hotel.

This was a fantastic all-inclusive experience! I went with the love of my life, the resort is beautiful, with a stunning beach. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and there were always plenty of activities and entertainment options. I will be back!

Hi good day, I was there for my mothers day and also to surprise my sister and family who were there on their regular trip as well from Canada. I left with tears and a bad taste of poor service which is unusual for me. I always receive good treatment but was obviously sterotyped on that weekend. I visit at least twice per year as i strongly believe in supporting our local industry. Upon checkout i was told as usual that we are able to stay on property for as long as we are ready to leave. My kids went to the coffee shop and was told that they couldnt get anything after 1pm. I went back to the front desk to enquire as this was not stated to me before and did not want the same embarrassment at the buffet. First of all the clerk herself was shocked but she went to enquire and then she proceeded to ask if i was apart of a group. I told her no but she said i am not able to have lunch and would have to leave the property. I think this is rude as i was not aware of these new rules or else i would have eaten lunch as we had a long journey ahead with two kids. I was also told it was just for the day which i found startling as it seems it was geared specifically to residents. I have been visiting this hotel since wynham days and its my favorite as i find after staying here i am more relaxed and the kids love it here but will have to think twice when making future vacation plans.

Hilton Rose Hall Resort is the perfect place to relax in Jamaica. The all-inclusive features made my stay a pleasure. Good food, service and wonderful atmosphere at the beautiful Caribbean beach location. The palm trees and the clear blue water make it a dream spot. The staff is first class and they go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Can't wait to return

I can't say enough good things about this place and its people. They have a great variety of nightly entertainment moving the stage to different locations every night. Kudos to the audio setup team. The acoustics sounded better than many concerts I've attended. The food and drinks were very good (though you could work on your margarita ) with enough restaurants to keep it different throughout the week. As many others have noted, the staff and the people of Jamaica were nothing short of amazing. They were very friendly and always laughing and having a good time. It was exceptionally clean considering the age of the resort. We did not smell mold even once. The grounds were nice and green and well manicured/clean. Hilton Rose Hall works hard and it shows. Great job!

We loved our stay at this resort! There were with lots of activities, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring making us feel like family. The beach views were simply stunning and we enjoyed spending our days lounging by the shore. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation. It's truly the best all-inclusive resort we've been to.
