Hotel Natraj Palace

Excellent place! I stayed with my family at this hotel. The owner as well as the staff, both are very helpful. Food was very tasty, specially Tawa Roti and Yellow Dal Tadka. Veg Chowmein is must try. The room prices are also very reasonable. Overall it's a good place to stay with family.

Attended the function, quality food was excellent,can say up to mark. So Appreciate the same. It is situated opp mini secretariat Una. On Una santokhgarh road.

The rooms were big, the food was good. |No hot shower though. |On the main road, but hotel entrance is narrow. They have ample parking space. |One issue though|Booked through booking.com, which said i need to pay at the hotel but they sent me a message that 50% advance required. So had to pay an advance.

Rooms need renovation. Lights was too dim ,no ac Remote was provided, plaster was coming off from the walls . Ample parking space was available .

To be honest they don't even deserve 1 star rating. They deserve 0 star rating. They don't know how to welcome a guess. We reached the hotel around 11:20pm they didn't bother to open the door then asked us to enter from some other entrance later on showing the booking they didn't want to accept our booking because they wanted to quote their own price. And when we finally excepted their price because it was too late and we didn't have an option. The manager Varun said aapne toh itna time kharab kar dia Mujhe close karna hai aap Kahin or Dekh lo. Please don't go at their hotel and also spread the word. Worst service ever seen in a hotel.

Hotel natraj palace is very good venue for all the functions. Food quality must be improved as per the venue quality . Hospitality is also nice

One of the best hotel and service i get from here. Staff is really good and experienced in hospitality. Rooms are very neat and clean with all the essential products like towel shops and oil. Food quality and test is really good. Owner very helpful. Room service also available here. At the end rent of the hotel also nice as compared to service and room.

Good hotel to stay in Una. A little bit further from the railway station and the Auto Wala will ask totally unreasonable money to take you there. The rooms are big and comfy, staff behaviour is good. Being a pure vegetarian, I didn't tried the food in the hotel as the menu was full of non veg dishes, so I preferred to eat out in another dhaba. Overall it's a nice hotel for singles as well as couples.
