Hotel Maya Deluxe

Most pathetic service, They served non veg food despite ordering veg and , we ate in the trust of its a veg food but when we identified its a non veg but they simply say sorry not a big deal for them but it hearts me religiously very badly. Owner and the manager are not even bother to come out and say sorry for this. Despite being a vegetarian we ate non veg unknowingly. But think this can not be the place to eat if there is no standard of service and its a small thing for them.

Located just by the side of old bus stand of Una. It is 100 mtr from New ISBT of Una. Very old hotel yet well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Geyser is there in the washroom. Room service is ok. They have their own restaurant with variety of food options.

The only good Thing about this hotel is that it is near to railway station and bus stand. Worst food quality. Bad service. Rooms are ok ok but you can see dust clearly at every corner. Though rooms are spacious.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks. The hotel is centrally located in the city and is accessible to the nearest landmarks.The thing which amazed me most is the staff commitment towards the hotel .All staff members are fully devoted towards the organisation and fully responsible for well being of the organisation. Kudos the management!!

We had a dinner at maya hotel but the food is below average. We take dal makhni, khadhai paneer and cheese chilly gravy. All the items are made by unprofessional chef. Chilly paneer is sweet in taste, we have ordered khadhai paneer, they use some own recipe no onion no capsicum in it. Dal makhni is also not made professionally. SO I RECOMMEND YOU ALL NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AT MAYA RESTAURANT.

The food is below average. The waiter tried to scam us by billing us for something we didn't order. Service is slow. The waiter and owner both are rude.

No management in taking orders. They don't know their own menu. Wrong order served after waiting for more than half n hour. Worst place to stop.

I stayed for two weeks!! From housekeeping to front desk operations were quite good with a great structure of management.Managment of hotel is excellent.
