Dayal Hotel

Poor room service. Not at all hygeinic. Unfriendly staff. The man sitting at the reception with moustache is such a mannerless person. They are not at all aware of hospitality and running a hotel. Charging high for breakfast and have very short menu. Overpriced unnecesary dharamshala would be a better place then this horrible hotel. Would not recommend anyone to go there. Does not value the guest. I think the owner is least bothered about the image of the property and have appointed uneducated & untrained staff Who does not know what is hospitality and need of the guest. Not at all kids friendly.

It was a wonderful stay. All our travel and accommodation requests were diligently catered to. The entire vacation was hassle-free. I would like extend my special thanks to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Jeevan Sharma for his dependability and hospitality. Would be delighted to have another stay here.

Visited a few days ago and attend ceremony there ,their food was up to the mark. Service initially was slow ,but later was excellent. I suggest all to visit this Dayal Hotel once you Visit holy place of Devbhoomi UNA.

Overhyped!! This is the most overhyped place in the Una area, falling short of expectations and its reputation. My family recently hosted a marriage function here, and the following are some key takeaways from our experience: What's good: - Well-connected location outside city traffic - Owners personally manage functions What's not good: - Limited open space - Insufficient parking for large gatherings - Below-average food taste - Premium pricing lacks value for money - Some ceremonies may be held near the national highway due to space constraints - Staff appears unfriendly Regarding the rooms: Except for the white interior theme, nothing else justifies the price of 3,000 per night. The rooms are extremely small, toilets are cramped, and cleanliness falls short. A hotel of this standard should have spotless toilets. The price is not justified. Ideal for small gatherings, but not suitable for marriage functions. Expect an average experience."

Great Experience at Dayal Hotel! Had a wonderful stay at Dayal Hotel during a field Trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the food was excellent. Perfect location with great amenities at a reasonable price. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay! The manager Jeevan ji and kitchen staff were kind enough to arrange gajar ka halwa (Carrot Pudding) late night that our team was craving.
