Staff members are co-operative. This hotel is situated at right side of lake. view at night time is awesome. You can go for a walk after dinner. Parking facility is available at the hotel.

It's a good place for marriage and formal get together. There is lack of suitable parking space, you will find the same nearby

Stinking room... Unhygenic washrooms... Pathetic food and service... Full attitude in hotel management and staff... Hardly they want to listen and resolve customer problems... Hotel is taking benefit of space available parties and a monopoly kind of thing due to space availability for events in sundernagar.. They show different pictures of arrangements at the time of booking and post booking they provide much cheaper arrangements.. My suggestion opt other options in sundernagar and show them the power of an ordinary customer

average hotel, I stayed here for 2 days, and found that hotel owner was toomkuch rude, Hotel kitchen was below average they are offering paranntha or maida, after 5 minutes of preparation they become like a rubber, unable to eat, Room was good, but service was below average

I spend days in the this hotel but on the last day my room got locked by itself then I have. To clime the wall and go to another room to get out and fortunately that room was empty. 4 stars because view is amazing

It's ok, but limited facilities not so good specially in winter's traffic disturbance and hot water supply was not good tv was not working as not recharged, food was too spicy. Not maintained property very well, should be improved
