Noor Palace hotel and restaurant

The room was extremely clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. All the amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and TV worked perfectly, making the stay seamless. The bathroom was spotless, and fresh. The way the staff communicated was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout the stay

Basic amenities, but must thank Mr.Rakesh Rana for going out of the box and helping us in providing services. Sad part is owner's just came to check how many guests have checked in , not even bothered to ask if we were fine, since we were the only guests in the hotel and little scared as there were female guests. Must say no proper washroom in all 8 rooms. Highly would not recommend this property to any one.

Recently attended a event here .. so unprofessional behaviour that they Show to their guest's . It's was too hot in sujanpur, guest's were so uncomfortable There main hall have only 2 AC which was not working, fans was so slow when ask about this their manager/owner (Mr.Arsh) about this he told us that their is a voltage issue. No water in washroom's some guest arrived in morning their was no chef present to serve the tea The owner don't have chef number So how can they take responsibility for someone event's it's all about someone REPUTATION!!!!! But these unprofessional peeps will not understand this .. it's a suggestion for everyone before investing here check everything and take everything in written. Location: 4/5 Services 1/5 Communication 0/5 Management 1/5 TERRIBLE

I am giving 4 stars to this hotel just because of its location. Overall hotel and rooms are so clean and maintained.

Basic amenities, not able to provide basic cutlery, staff was not properly trained.
