Decent place to stay. Restaurant Staff are good. Hotel should add more variety for breakfast.

Rooms are neat and clean, and the staff is very helpful--they respond quickly and assist with anything you need. There's parking available and a spacious restaurant and bar area. Food is good, but the tea could be better.

Dont waste your money. Very unprofessional people. Dont book your events here. They will behave like government employees. It feels like requesting at an SBI bank counter. They dont understand your requirements becouse they know you cant cancel your event on the spot. In a prewedding event they dont provide you a room or place to change clothes. Food is good but vibe is poor.

Stayed in Shagun Residence for a week. Very lovely experience. The stuff is nice and respectable. Rooms are very spacious. Overall a great value for money. Till the next time!

I stayed here with my family for a night last week, so here's my some reviews:- There are two properties having similar name i.e. Hotel Shagun Palace and Hotel Shagun Residency. Both belongs to same owner. It's recommended if you check prior to checkin. Second, services are very much basic. You are paying healthy amount for checkin and place order for dinner or some snacks and they carry dishes in aluminium carry bags and place in front of you to do it yourself.. Cant express what kind of insulting moments you face in front of ur dear ones. Then you ask the manager/caretaker to lookafter the service, still no one cares. No wifi service No dish-tv was functional Room size were quite ok with some smell of moisture Washroom was clean Hot water available Lift available but very tidy
