One can have good early morning natures walk, excellent food quality, the breakfast the quality and the spread so nice and tasty. Overall good property strongly recommend for leisure weekend. Awesome place to stay with family and friends

We stayed here during the Kasauli R&B Music Festival. All hotels were booked and this one seemed like a decent option and not too far from Kasauli.||||For a pricy hotel - the overall experience was below average. Let me sum it up in points so this is quick.||||NEGATIVES:||||1. Breakfast was extremely lousy - low on options - watery Sambhar, oily and smelly Omlettes and an overall poor display.||||2. Service is seriously slow and sometimes they completely forget you even called them. Still waiting for my toothpaste :)||||3. Dinner was room service on DAY 2. It was by far the worst Veg Club sandwich I've ever had and the fries were burnt. I ordered a Non Veg sandwich but I'm glad they sent the veg option.||||4. Guests in the hotel are extremely loud, even at 3AM. There is no regard for business travelers who could be sleeping.||||POSITIVES:||||1. Clean loo||||2. One of the service staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rest were least bothered.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. A walk away from great restaurants and just across the street from the Coho Ferry. (Travels daily to the USA) |Tip. Call housekeeping and ask about their Green Stay. If can opt for no cleaning service you get $5 off per person/per day vouchers good for use in coffee shop/restaurant within the hotel.

No swimming pool. Many buildings are left half constructed. They simply change the breakfast buffet to ala carte with no prior notification. ||Only thing good is perhaps the decent service from staff and the location. ..||And btw, they have already changed the name to Baba Resorts ||Avoid if you can...

in kasauli, i could only find one decent hotel and that was the victoria grand.... thought the prices are high (almost that of 5 star hotels), it was totally worth staying here.. the rooms are amazing.. very spacious with a nice ambiance (better than many 5 star hotels i have stayed at)... bathrooms are well kept and nice.. they have a billiards table, a table-tennis table and video games for kids... all on chargable basis ofcourse.. but not very expensive... the hotel is actually a little difficult to find.. but as indians, it is not too difficult for us to ask people for directions.... the only drawback i found was the breakfast.. they had only indian breakfast and that too was not too good... there was too many people for breakfast that weekend and it seemed they could not cater for the needs of all of the guests... we had to wait for a very long time to get warm parathas of bhaturas... it was a big disappointment.. but to be honest, in kasauli you will not find a better hotel , if your budget agrees with you

Super hospitality. Good food ........had all meals in the hotel.||very nice options of rooms and clean toilets .Slept well.||good weekend escape , away from Kasauli traffic & hustle bustle .||||staff very nice and very good service. Overall was an excellent stay.
