Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. We celebrated our Valentine's Day here,the staff was wonderful & the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They went above and beyond to cater our special needs and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and good ambience. The hotel is well maintained & the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean & I especially enjoyed the view of the Himalaya from the room. The outdoor cafe was breathtaking with perfectly placed fireplace and amazing view of the sunset.

It's A Perfect Place To Stay If You Are Looking For Good Rooms, Service, Ambiance Etc. But The Location Is Quite Satisfactory if You Are Looking For Chilling Out But If You Want To Do Sightseeing Or Late Night Walks Then You Should Rather Preffer Hotel In Maclondganj. But Overall The Owner Was Very Helpful And I Feel Highly Satisfied By The Service.

I recently went to this hotel to watch the South Africa vs. Netherlands world cup match. For the record, this is a small hotel not a resort with two stories and five to six rooms.The food is expensive and not upto the mark in taste The hotel name is not visible outside the building, nor is the hotel's location accurately stated.I spent three hours searching the hotel after attempting to contact the hotel person but receiving no response. Even after making the reservation in advance, the female attendant demanded Rs. 500 for the service. I will suggest to look for the hotel in main Dhramshala area as it is 5-6KM far from the main market

Staff and the hotel owner/manager are very cooperative. They go to any extent to buy their customer back. Initially at time of checking in I had some issues but the staff cooperated and did their best to satisfy me. It has a good vegetarian restaurant and a small market opposite to it. View from the rooms is also good.

Only hotel I would recommend if you wish to visit Gyuto Monastery and Norbulingka Institute as they are near the hotel. We took a family suite which was on 2nd floor and the rooms were new and clean. Dinner and breakfast we had was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. When you reach the facility you will not see GK Resorts written but they have there own restaurant and its name you will see instead. Just follow the google maps and you will reach at correct location.

The hotel rooms are good &staff is very frendly. The only downside in my opinion that the hotel serve only pure veg food.... But it depends on individual prefrencesss. Also no tioletrs were available so it's better to bring your dental kit with you....

We had a very pleasant stay at GK residency at Sidhabari. Staff were very polite, rooms just like home, neat and clean. View from balcony awesome Dawladhar snow capped mountains, keeping our eyes on the sight. Food is excellent and the owner Mr Gaurav was helpful and guiding us in travel. Thanks for pleasant stay.
